toon tracker crewskill summary screen

Here is the crew skill summary screen.  The lowest toon crewskill is automatically highlighted in yellow.  What not shown is the toast message that occurs when you click a cell.  On my phone this screen is tiny and the numbers are hard to read.  However, if you click on a cell, it will display a larger toast message with the cell contents.  So in this case, if you were to touch the cell with the 146 value it would display a toast message with "146" for a duration of TOAST_LONG.
